There have been various discussions emerging about 100 percent totality. I understand that for some, it is 100 percent totality or nothing. Yes, absolutely there is a difference between viewing the eclipse at 100 percent totality versus something less. Ok, what this all means for the public is that some places will NOT experience 100 percent totality. I absolutely encourage anyone that can experience 100 percent totality to do so.
