For those of you who are constantly stressed out (most of us) I suggest you check out this app. I like to use this in either the mornings before I start my day or at night before I go to sleep. What I like about this app is it helps you slow down and be in the now. Completing a session leaves you with an overall feeling of clarity, gratefulness and relaxation. The session also leaves you in a state of positivity and I believe that specific state and one’s ability to intentionally return to that state of positivity is one of the most influential powers you can hone.
