The Parent Power table has ranked schools on their average performance using A-Level, GCSE and International Baccalaureate results from summer 2022. While some of the list features Hexham and Morpeth schools, there is a strong showing for County Durham, Stockton, and Sunderland - which places Durham Johnston Comprehensive School as the top place and St Leonard’s RC School, Durham in second.
