What would be a more interesting comparison is how Breath of the Wild looks either on Switch when it is docked or in handheld mode. Released on both the GameCube and Wii, Twilight Princess looked practically identical across both platforms. So I think it’s safe to say that Breath of the Wild will do likewise for the Switch. While that console has done very poorly overall, it’s nice to think that it will get a proper send off with a new mainline Zelda game. In any case, Zelda: Breath of the Wild is released on March 3rd, so we won’t have long until we find out.
