While Call of Duty is so massive it can sustain this kind of bleeding for a while, though, I’m not sure things are turning around this year, even with the dramatic departure of Call of Duty: WWII. In some ways, I find myself wondering if Call of Duty: WWII has missed its cue. But Call of Duty: WWII is projecting none of that in its early trailers, from what I can tell. Additionally, Call of Duty: WWII is in a tough spot because Infinite Warfare had the advantage of being married to the Modern Warfare remaster. So far, I’m just not seeing anything out of Call of Duty: WWII that looks particularly interesting or noteworthy.
