Thirteen European ambassadors have urged President William Ruto and Raila Odinga, the leader of Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition, to engage in dialogue to prevent further loss of lives. In a collective statement, the ambassadors and High Commissioners expressed their concern over the violence and casualties that have occurred. Odinga countered their plea by accusing the envoys of consistently overlooking police brutality during Azimio la Umoja coalition protests. Azimio la Umoja coalition leaders announced three specific locations—Joseph Kangethe grounds, Kamukunji grounds, and Jacaranda Grounds—where their supporters will gather for the protests, commencing on Wednesday.
