Luke Perry was thought of predominately as a TV star because of his work on shows such as Beverly Hills, 90210 and Riverdale. Perry, born with smoldering movie star looks, was undergoing something of a career renaissance before his passing just days after having suffered a stroke. One of Perry’s most iconic movie roles was in Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Sadly, it failed to help turn him into a movie star. A reliable and consistent player in TV movies and straight-to-DVD fodder, whenever he was given a chance on the big screen, Perry was a welcome sight, dependable and a more than capable addition.
