But the size of my franchise network is dwarfed by the likes of the franchise giants out there. I haven’t attended a leadership workshop (nor have I ever read a book on leadership!). Great franchisors also understand the importance of investing in leadership within the franchise network too. Empowering the right franchisees to take on leadership roles can be crucial to the long term success of the franchise brand – individuals who have made successes of their own franchise businesses and can support, mentor and inspire their peers. They will want to be in your franchise team - and crucially they'll want to remain part of it!
