It’s been a long time since an NBA all-star game didn’t include a member of the Toronto Raptors. The NBA’s traditional all-star weekend has been reduced to an all-star Sunday, with the three-point and slam-dunk contests taking place on the same day as the game. The Raptors didn’t earn a nod among the East’s starting five when those positions were announced last week. Ditto Nate Bjorkgren, the longtime Nurse pal who left the Raptors to take over the Indiana Pacers’ bench in October.
