Disney’s “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” is widely expected to be another blockbuster hit this holiday season, casting a long shadow across the entire movie landscape when it opens Dec. 14. As a direct follow-up to 2015’s “The Force Awakens” and with a prominent role for Mark Hamill’s Luke Skywalker, the sci-fi behemoth is expected to gross well above the $532 million last year’s spinoff “Rogue One” collected.
