Halsey’s all-yellow-everything look at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in California on Sunday night was essentially just pants, a jacket and a strategically-placed belt. Thus, it earned our top spot for most outrageous look of the evening. Miley Cyrus, a mainstay in our wildest looks roundups, surprisingly did not make the cut with the “I love Noah” T-shirt she wore to support her sister at the event. Noah, on the other hand, landed a spot thanks to a see-through mini dress and unbelievably high platforms, while Katy Perry showed off her new cropped haircut in a surprise jumpsuit. It was a fun ― if not necessarily the most high-fashion ― red carpet we’ve seen in a long time.
