The growing use of automated technologies is changing the nature of many entry-level jobs, and a new generation—born after 1995—is entering the workforce. As digital natives, the workers of this generation may have an unprecedented aptitude for technology, but reliance on technology may have affected certain other skills. To more effectively recruit and develop these individuals, business leaders can rethink their talent strategies to improve the employee experience while positioning their organizations for long-term competitive advantage.
