However, they have not made any guarantees for other Activision titles. One positive outcome of the deal is that Activision Blizzard employees will be able to form unions, something that was met with resistance by the previous management. So, as Microsoft takes control of Activision Blizzard, the $69 billion question remains: Will this acquisition prioritize quality and creativity, or will it simply be another exercise in corporate dominance?
