In my view, the meta-mission of IT has become building product-based platforms. By getting good at defining and documenting use value, Early Adopters can find the funding to innovate. Early Adopters and Product FocusEarly Adopters use products as their building blocks. While we have just scratched the surface, it is clear that product-based platforms can play a transformational role, one that Early Adopters are constantly striving for.
