The Stock Exchange Hotel featured on the list of 100 properties alongside the likes of Cumbria’s Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, The Pig in the Cotswolds and Belgravia’s The Goring Hotel. The Stock Exchange Hotel’s “impressive dome-roofed restaurant Tender” received a mention by The Times, which is led by Michelin-starred Niall Keating and housed in the original trading floor.
