‌Laura and Jamie founded The Good Grub Catering Co back in 2017 when Laura went on maternity leave as a headteacher, and from then the business has grown from strength to strength, despite the setbacks of Covid. ‌Laura told Lincolnshire Live: "Jamie had always been in hospitality and always had a dream of running his own business in being in catering. ‌The Good Grub Catering Co has recently won the crown for the best East Midlands Caterer at the regional wedding awards for the third year in a row, and went on to achieve Highly Commended status in the national finals representing the region. "We have won the regional three years in a row and then we went to represent the East Midlands in the national finals, which blows my mind as the East Midlands is huge." Article continues belowThe company caters around 40 to 50 weddings each years as well as a range of events, such as the Lincolnshire County Show at the Lincolnshire Showground and the Food and Gift Fair.
