The Latest: Some streets reopen around 4th Austin blast site

AUSTIN, Texas — The Latest on the bombings in Austin, Texas (all times local):4:50 p.m.Police have reopened some streets after putting an Austin neighbourhood where the latest explosion occurred on total lockdown overnight. ——12:10 p.m.An FBI investigator says he hopes the latest bombing in Texas’ capital city isn’t the bomber’s way of reaching out to law enforcement. The latest explosion injured two men in their 20s who were riding or walking their bicycles through a neighbourhood in southwestern Austin. A blast occurred Sunday night in a neighbourhood far from the sites of the three package bombings in Austin this month. The men injured in Sunday’s blast were white, unlike the victims of the first three bombings, who were black or Hispanic.
