A court commissioner ordered the cash-only bond for 20-year-old Joshua Gonzalez during his initial appearance Friday afternoon. Police arrested Gonzalez on Thursday, a day after Summerbell Brown was gunned down in the driveway of her family's home. ___10 a.m.Phoenix police have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of a 10-year-old girl that investigators say was motivated by road rage. Authorities say a driver followed Summerbell and her family to their home Wednesday after their vehicle had cut him off.
