The Latest on gunfire that left a man and a woman dead in Utah (all times local):9:30 a.m.Police say a Utah man shot and killed an ex-girlfriend who had a restraining order against him shortly before he died after a confrontation with police. Police say officers found the man a few miles away and fired their weapons when he ignored an order to drop his gun. The Utah County Sheriff's Office says the violence flared as a woman called police to say a man was shooting at her vehicle. He says the man refused orders to drop his gun and officers wound up firing shots. The man was found dead, but it still isn't clear if he was hit by police or shot himself.
