———FRANKFORT, Ky. — Kentucky’s governor says he will be in isolation after a member of his security detail who drove with his family tested positive for the coronavirus. Andy Beshear said Sunday that he and his family feel fine and have tested negative for the virus. He says that his family and the state police trooper who accompanied his family all wore facial coverings. The Florida Department of Health said Sunday there were 3,700 new cases in the previous 24 hours and 1,790 for the day before that. It said there were 180 COVID-19 over both days.
