The Latest: Dad, son could face death in rail worker slaying

___12:45 p.m.Wyoming prosecutors say a father and son on the run from police after tying up five women in a basement abducted and killed a Utah rail worker. The Lincoln County Attorney's Office charged Flint Wayne Harrison and his son, Dereck James "DJ" Harrison, with first-degree murder and kidnapping Tuesday. Authorities say the men were hiding out near where 63-year-old victim Kay Ricks was working on Salt Lake City's light-rail system. Authorities say they later found Ricks' body along the route the Harrisons likely took to flee to Wyoming. Two men were arrested after a dayslong manhunt and are being held on kidnapping and other charges in Utah.
