Authorities say one person is dead and several others injured after a pileup on an interstate in east-central Wisconsin. The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office confirms one fatality and says several other injured people have been taken to hospitals. A no-travel advisory remains in effect for northeastern North Dakota, including the cities of Grand Forks, Drayton, Pembina and Cavalier. Southeastern and north-central North Dakota are under a travel alert due to slippery roads and reduced visibility. In North Dakota, a no-travel advisory is out for the south-central portion of the state due to blowing snow.
