Whittaker’s chocolate is a Kiwi icon, but you can – occasionally – buy it cheaper in Australia. In New Zealand, the Creamy Milk Chocolate block sells for $4.69 at New World’s online store and $5.30 at Countdown. “We know Kiwis have a love for Whittaker’s chocolate, which is why we often have promotions on our 250g blocks. Loomey, who was in Australia visiting family, took advantage of the discounted price by buying four blocks for his family.
