For many employees, target-based cash incentives rank high on their list of most desired workplace perks and benefits. According to research published by LinkedIn, 75 percent of U.S. companies are planning to give their workers cash bonuses in 2017. LinkedIn's data reveals that investment banking associates had the highest bonuses of any U.S. job in 2016, making a healthy $100,000 extra on average. Investment banking analysts also made huge bonuses up to $45,000 last year, fourth overall. Radiologists also made some impressive extra cash in 2016 with their bonus payments amounting to $47,500.
