It was the third walk-off loss the Jays have suffered at the hands of the Orioles this season. But, as with everything else in the final month of a season without playoff implications, the Jays have one eye on 2018. The Jays then pulled Saunders, who was warming in the on-deck circle, in favour of Justin Smoak, out of the starting lineup for a third straight game with a sore right calf.
