But well over 10 million Black Americans are experiencing life below, at, or just above the poverty line. This is a thought experiment designed to illuminate the path that placed us (Black Americans) where we are today. The likelihood of Black Americans winding up at the bottom of the socioeconomic ladder in so many categories (educational achievement, income, home and business ownership, wealth, etc.) Is it logical that those identified in question 23 are more “successful” than other Black Americans in achieving difficult tasks? With which percentage of certainty do you believe that you and Black Americans can achieve any desire given sufficient time?
