If lower class sizes are not popular, why is lower class sizes a big part of private school advertising and recruitment? John Snobelen, former Harris government Minister of Education is famous for saying he wanted to “create a crisis” in public education. He also said: “Improvement is the enemy of change.” The Harris government was not interested in improving public education and nor is the Ford government.
