With private companies going to space, the area around Kennedy Space Center is thriving again after years of an economic slump. People arrive to tour the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Titusville, which draws nearly 2 million visitors a year to the Space Coast. The Sand Bar in Cocoa Beach is a popular spot for locals and tourists along the Space Coast in Florida.
