Decision Makers are certainly necessary, but it’s important to consider how broad or narrow this group actually is. InfluencersInfluencers are those professionals (at various hierarchical levels) that are well regarded and tend to influence decisions on a day to day basis. Not surprisingly, the Invisible class often suffers from low morale because they typically receive the least attention from senior leaders. Clearly, the Invisible class is not a healthy place to become stuck, and organizations with a large Invisible class typically stagnate and suffer from low levels of trust, morale and collaboration.
