The Division 2 launched yesterday for press and streamers early on, then later it opened up for Gold Edition buyers. But I’m not blazing through, I’m taking my time doing every side mission, control point and SHD cache as I go. And content you can play without the game being totally broken or missing obvious features at launch. I skipped the open beta, but in the closed beta it felt almost impossible to play solo as enemies were hitting so damn hard, but that’s different now. It’s still a challenge playing solo (and I had to play solo, with barely anyone on the servers yesterday), but it’s doable.
