Over the last four seasons, the annual NBA trade deadline was something that Cleveland Cavalier fans would mark their calendars for. They spared no expense, shipping off all of the draft picks and young talent former general manager Chris Grant acquired after LeBron James' first exodus to Miami. On February 4, Rodney Hood was shipped off to the Portland Trailblazers for Wade Baldwin, Nik Stauskas and Portland's 2021 and 2023 second-round draft selections. Leading the Cavaliers through a long-term rebuild is tough, but with Altman at the helm they are heading in the right direction.
