The Chiefs' Trade For Former First-Round Pick Darron Lee Is A Shrewd Move

The Chiefs traded a 2020 sixth-round pick to the New York Jets for linebacker Darron Lee, who was a first-round pick (2oth overall) in the 2016 NFL Draft. A cornerback in high school, Lee had the reputation of a linebacker who excelled in coverage but struggled against the run. Lee, though, has ability as evidenced by his storied college career at Ohio State. In 2016 Ohio State had five players (Joey Bosa, Ezekiel Elliott, Eli Apple, Taylor Decker and Lee) from that championship team selected in the NFL draft.
