The Buenos Aires Architecture Biennale is set to kick off on Wednesday October 9, with a flurry of events, from specialist talks to open-air exhibits and concerts. The 19th BA Architecture Biennale will take place over five days in the Faena Art Center, Aime Paine, 1169, Puerto Madero. It will be performed by the Tambor Fantasma group alongside students from the Buenos Aires City Piazzolla Conservatory and the Superior Art Institute of Teatro Colón (ISA, for its Spanish initials), among others. There will also be outdoor exhibits in different parts of Puerto Madero devoted to design and art. There is also Redescubrí la ciudad (Rediscover the city), a exhibit showcasing the urban design projects of late Argentine architect and designer Diana Cabeza.
