Question: Is it really so crazy to consider Seth Rogen a compelling romantic lead? In his latest film, Long Shot, directed by The Night Before‘s Jonathan Levine, we see Rogen romance the statuesque Charlize Theron. In one scene from Long Shot, we have the pleasure of watching her handle a possible terrorist situation while high (this is still a Seth Rogen movie). Long Shot does go on a touch too long, exceeding the two-hour mark. Still, even as Seth Rogen continues to play Seth Rogen, Long Shot suggests it’s time to admit that the actor makes for quite a delightful rom-com lead – especially with Theron on his arm.
