Bungoma Governor Ken Lusaka has commended the youth in the county for holding peaceful protests on Tuesday. The county boss noted that the Gen Zs held demonstrations on the streets of Bungoma town without looting or vandalising property. “I want to thank youth in Bungoma who also joined their counterparts in other parts of the country for protests but they did not destroy property,” he said. The governor asked the youth never to destroy public or private property during future demonstrations. “I beg you, even if you want to demonstrate, do it but do not destroy property.
