Speaking at about 4.30pm on Thursday at the Klatham Party headquarters, Capt Thamnat addressed reports claiming the party could join the new coalition, led by the election-winning Bhumaithai Party, only if he is excluded from the cabinet. “I am confident that this rumour is not a valid excuse,” said the de facto leader of Klatham.
