IMF lowers Myanmar’s growth forecast... DESPITE NOTABLE reforms by Myanmar authorities, the International Monetary Fund now projects that the country’s gross domestic product will grow by only 6.5 per cent in fiscal year 2016-17 (ending March 31), down from the 8-per-cent growth projected in May.
