Thailand and Portugal are expected to sign an agreement later this year granting visa exemptions for holders of diplomatic, official and special passports. Mr Sihasak said he plans to visit Portugal in June, where both sides are expected to sign several important agreements. Portugal will also remain supportive of Thailand’s efforts to join the OECD, he added.
