It was impounded on Saturday by HTMS Prachuap Khiri Khan, a Krabi class offshore patrol vessel, about 50 nautical miles south of Koh Samet, R/Adm Parach Rattanachaipan, spokesman for the Royal Thai Navy, said. Thailand and Cambodia on Saturday signed a 72-hour ceasefire agreement, effective from 12 noon that day.
