The following is the text of President Trump's revised immigration executive order. These are countries that had already been identified as presenting heightened concerns about terrorism and travel to the United States. Nevertheless, the close cooperative relationship between the United States and the democratically elected Iraqi government, the strong United States diplomatic presence in Iraq, the significant presence of United States forces in Iraq, and Iraq's commitment to combat ISIS justify different treatment for Iraq. (c) No immigrant or nonimmigrant visa issued before the effective date of this order shall be revoked pursuant to this order. (b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
