ADVERTISEMENTUPDATE: March 8 ― After more than 13 hours of public comments, the State Affairs Committee voted 7-1 to approve the bill, according to the Texas Tribune. Dan Patrick, back the bill on the use of bathrooms in public schools and government buildings. One supporter told the committee about how she was traumatized after a man filmed her in a public restroom with a hidden camera.
