Rep. Joe Barton (R., Texas) said the Capitol Police has started an investigation into the release of a nude photograph of him. “Today, the Capitol Police reached out to me and offered to launch an investigation and I have accepted,” Mr. Barton said in a Wednesday statement. The Capitol Police didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment Thursday.
