The State’s cumulative case burden of COVID-19 cases, ever since the pandemic began rose to 10,61,341 cases. The test positivity rate which has been hovering in the 5-6% range since the past few days, dropped below 5% to register 4.21% on Monday. Of the 45,995 tests done by the State, 22,560 were rapid antigen assay. The cumulative recoveries reported by the State ever since the pandemic began, stands at 10,08,972. Thrissur reported four deaths, Thiruvananthapuram and Alappuzha two each, while Ernakulam, Malappuram, Pathanamthitta, Kozhikode and Kannur reported one death each.
