The Niger State Police Command has confirmed the killing of four people and the setting ablaze of shops by terrorists in the state. A source in the community said an undisclosed number of residents were also abducted during the attack. Reacting to the attack, the spokesman of the Niger State Police Command, Wasiu Abiodun, said in a statement on Tuesday that the bandits killed four persons and rustled some cattle. “The gunmen also set several shops in the community ablaze before fleeing the scene.
