Some terrorists have reportedly invaded the palace of the Emir of Kagarko, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar, in Southern Kaduna, kidnapping nine of his children in the town. Among those abducted by the terrorists were his grandchildren and three others. The incident, according to a resident, took place around 11.30 pm on Sunday. The resident claimed the terrorists stormed the town and headed straight to the monarch’s palace. The Kaduna State Police Public Relations Officer, Mohammad Jalige, did not respond to repeated calls or text messages from our correspondent.
