Terror suspect Mohamed Tulia was shot dead in his house in Kwale county at about 5am on Wednesday. Police had been trailing Tulia for long, said Msambweni subcounty deputy county commissioner Elvis Korir. Police said Fondo was killed after people believed to be al Shabaab returnees raided his house while he was watching the 9pm news on Tuesday.
