(Photo of Afghanistan attack: Screen capture)(CNSNews.com) - The United States "strongly condemns" Wednesday's suicide attack in Tripoli, Libya, targeting the country's election commission. The attack killed at least 14 people and injured at least seven others, the Libya Herald reported. The attack in Libya follows recent terror attacks in two other ISIS-infected countries -- Afghanistan and Iraq. On the morning of April 30 at least 31 people, including ten journalists, were killed in a series of attacks in Afghanistan. “Terrorist sleeper cells continue to mount sporadic attacks, despite the defeat of their main military structures by Iraqi security forces,” Special Representative Ján Kubiš said.
