The attackers killed and injured more than 100 people as the villagers of Bekoji of Bull County were getting a good night’s sleep. Indiscriminate firing was conducted on people sleeping in the early hours of the morning in Bekoji village of Bulle County, Ethiopia. Tensions were high in Ethiopia after Prime Minister Abi Ahmed sent troops to the Tigris region. The bombing occurred shortly after noon in Bekoji village in Bulle County, killing at least 100 people. The massacre took place just two days after Abi Ahmed held a meeting with army officials.
