Tennis stars have remained tight lipped about the goings on inside a players' meeting, where former world No.1 and six-time Australian Open champion Novak Djokovic reportedly pushed for increased prizemoney on the professional tour. Djokovic reportedly made the demand at an annual player meeting in Melbourne, after allegedly telling all officials to leave. The Daily Mail also claimed that Djokovic called for players to form their own union so that issues like increased prizemoney could be debated. Fairfax Media has approached Australian Open officials for comment.
