The 6-2 6-4 semifinal win took just over an hour and had Venus and Pavic break their opponents serve three times out of seven opportunities, while the Brazilians had five break points against the Kiwi and Croat team but couldnt convert. Venus and Pavic have won four ATP doubles titles this year - Auckland, Montpellier, Marseille and s-Hertogenbosch.
